Visit Las Vegas New Attractions Coming Soon to the strip and to Downtown Las Vegas. It seems that every few years Las Vegas reinvents itself in one way or another. Downtown there are two hotel casinos that are changing their facade and interiors. Fitzgerald’s is getting a brand new name called D and Golden Gate is redoing inside and out.
In an earlier article Shows in Las Vegas Include Broadway we had the story of the star studded opening night of The Smith Center in Downtown las Vegas. It seems as if all forms of music was represented that night. A giant wheel is coming to the south end of the strip near the airport. in the article below you might some interesting attractions you might want to see.

The Mob Museum » This museum, officially named the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, opened in February inside a former federal courthouse and post office at 300 Stewart Ave. Like its name suggests, it studies organized crime.
The Smith Center for the Performing Arts » This center opened in March at 241 W. Charleston Blvd. Much like Salt Lake City’s Capital Theatre, the center will host touring Broadway shows or individual performers such as Yo Yo Ma, David Sedaris or Lily Tomlin. You can catch many Las Vegas Show performers who used to preform on the strip but have moved on to other projects.

SkyVue » A gigantic Ferris Wheel-type observation wheel called SkyVue is being built across from Mandalay Bay. It is scheduled to open July 4, 2013, towering 500 feet about the Las Vegas Strip. The ride will feature 32, 24-person climate-controlled gondolas and two high definition LED multi media displays at the center of the wheel, each measuring 50,000 square feet.
Caesars Palace » The strip hotel opened its sixth hotel tower, the Octavius, on Jan. 2, to expand to 3,960 rooms. The new 668-room hotel tower offers guests a boutique hotel experience, including a private valet entrance and new in-room technology. While you are there you might try out one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas, Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill.
For me the fact that Las Vegas always has something new to see and do is very intriguing. Visit Las Vegas New Attractions Coming Soon should be something for the whole family. The SkyVue Wheel is scheduled to open in 2013 and is known as a Ferris Wheel and Observation Wheel. The other changes and new attractions are either open such as The Mob museum or are about to open such as the Neon Museum.
